✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product delivered is different from what was ordered
• The item has major quality issues

To request a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Customers must raise a refund request within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund processing.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

After approval, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

• Minor variations in color or texture due to photography and lighting
